The modern hub for the Switch era.
Pokemon HOME connects the Nintendo Switch games to one cloud. Compatible games deposit and withdraw two-way, but every game only accepts the species that appear in its own regional dex.
HOME links Sword & Shield, Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, Legends: Arceus, Scarlet & Violet, and Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee. A Pokemon can move down into a game only if that game recognizes the species - you cannot, for example, withdraw a Pokemon into Sword if it is not in the Galar dex. Some attributes (like certain moves or Gigantamax data) are tracked by HOME so they survive a round trip.

Open Pokemon HOME on Switch (or mobile, for compatible games) with a free or premium account.

Connect the game you want to move Pokemon to or from.

Move freely in both directions, respecting each game's regional dex.

Use the Pokedex compatibility view in HOME to see where a Pokemon is allowed.
